The primary DNS is entered on the "Basic Setup" screen, or provided dynamically by your ISP. These additional DNS entries are optional. If provided, the first available DNS will be used.

NAT
NAT (Network Address Translation) allows LAN users to share the "WAN" (external) IP address, and also provides "Firewall" protection.

Enable NAT (default)
Disable NAT

If using this device for Internet Access, NAT must be enabled.


Remote
Management
Enable Remote Management (administer via the Internet)
Port Number: (if not 80, must specify in Browser when connect)
Current IP Address to connect to this device: 0.0.0.0
ICMP Respond to ICMP (ping) from WAN (Internet)

If disabled, a "ping" from the Internet will be ignored.

VPN Enable VPN (Virtual Private Networking) using IPSec

Enable this if you wish to use VPN software using IPSec and PPTP (Peer-to-Peer Tunneling Protocol).
